OTH discharge from airforce, still eligible?

Good evening,
WOuld I still be eligible if previously I had an O.T.H. discharge from the airforce due to a failed drug test (9 years ago)? This happened when I was young (and obviously stupid) and I've been clean since. That was the only time i've done it and have never used it since then. I have no criminal record of any kind, perfect credit scores, no speeding tickets, and a steady employment. I've also obtained a Bachelors degree since then. I see in the previous posts that drug use in the past may not necessarily ban you, but how bout if the drug use caused the exit from the military?
